I'm Sahithi,
nice to meet you.

From being a professional in an asset management company to be in the world of design, I have always looked for endeavours that instil challenges, creativity, and gratification.

I like having meaningful and engaging conversations (I can manage small talk too), cook, watch loads of thrillers, and am an ardent believer in Tsundoku (The Practice of Buying More Books Than You Can Read).

Why User Experience Design

User research has been a perfect avenue for me to constantly use my favourite words, How, Why, What, When and Where.

A big part of being a UX Researcher is talking to people and finding out about their world. The insights from talking to real people and getting into people’s lives, thoughts, and motivations are always fascinating and useful.

Also, the gratification gets only better when User-centred design helps change lives, which again is only possible with User research.
One of the important factors that drew me towards user research is that no two days may look alike, new problems to solve, different methods to apply and the list goes on.

What I have been working on

I have been part of the redesign of a Payroll & attendance management SaaS application, I cherish the opportunity to work for Rallis India on their Production change management application. Raychem PRG's Risk assessment & mitigation application picked my brain like nothing else. Apart from these working with Meesho for their Intranet sites.

I also had the privilege to work for Malabar's discount approval system(mobile).

What I'm curious about

Human cognitive Psychology, Artificial Intelligence, and ever-changing technologies of the world. And where as a human race are we headed to? And simply, why do we do things that we do?
